King Carthur DirtCone is a cone-shaped sand separator that fits into a wash bucket, helping to separate dirt and sand grains to the bottom of the water. This keeps the wash mitt or pad cleaner and significantly reduces the risk of scratches during hand washing.

DirtCone fits most standard size wash buckets and is especially effective in a two-bucket washing method, where dirt is separated in the rinse water before the mitt returns to the shampoo water.
