The Quick Release Cable Connector is an IP67 rated connection system that allows quick and secure connection and disconnection from the vehicle's electrical system.

The connection includes gold-plated high current contacts that ensure reliability and long service life. Additionally, the system is available in 7-, 12-, and 19-contact variants and supports up to 13A current per contact. When two grounds are used, the maximum current capacity can be increased up to 28A.

When connectors are disconnected, the screw-on sealing cap maintains the IP67 protection properties of the connection, preventing moisture and dust from entering the system. Redtronic recommends securing the socket to the vehicle roof with silicone sealant and mounting kit to ensure waterproofing and durability.
